AB674IP and AF106VS are not typos and not self-contradictions like AH924PV/AG732SW: they are clean tramite advances the sync had not applied yet. Both chains are identical across snapshots 1/2/4 and self-consistent. AB674IP current row: expte_alta EX-2026-36096231, fecha_alta 2026-08-10, open. AF106VS current row: expte_alta EX-2026-35826642, fecha_alta 2026-08-07, open - prod's stale 'Res. SECT 56/2026' was the PRIOR tramite's alta expediente, whose own period closed 2026-04-01. Read directly off RUTAP's unambiguous current row, corroborated by 3 identical snapshots; not derived, not inferred. These are exactly pass A's 2 rows in MOVILBA-23, executing on prod now - so this ticket's remainder resolves as a side effect of that run. Verify after the sync's census lands, then close. Same 2 dominios as MOVILBA-43, but that one is the INTERNO; this is the tramite date and expediente.

Resolved by the MOVILBA-23 sync execution 2026-08-20. The remaining 2 real field conflicts were AB674IP and AF106VS; prod now holds 2026-08-10 / EX-2026-36096231 and 2026-08-07 / EX-2026-35826642, matching RUTAP's unambiguous current rows. The other ~130 of the original 133 were the replate comparison artifact, not conflicts - see reference_borrado_en_is_not_the_liveness_test. Nothing went to Eugenia.
