Indice: `docs/migrations/private-README.md`. Queda anotado, no propuesto.

    db02, item 8 (precondicion del backfill de MOVILBA-224). PREGUNTA: algo lee users filtrado por is_active? RESPUESTA: NO en ningun camino de datos; solo autenticacion. Solo lecturas, DEV y PROD; codigo leido de origin/dev, no del checkout compartido. DATOS: users 32 filas en DEV, 33 en PROD, cero NULL en is_active. Inactivos: DEV solo system_import; PROD system_import mas una persona nombrada. VISTAS: CERO filtran por users.is_active. Siete la mencionan en ambos entornos y las siete solo la exponen en el SELECT o en un GROUP BY. ERROR PROPIO, corregido en el mismo pase: clasifique con una regex que buscaba is_active cerca de un WHERE sobre el viewdef entero y dio CUATRO vistas como 'FILTRA'. Las cuatro eran falsos positivos: el WHERE estaba en otra parte de una definicion multilinea. La unica que filtra un is_active de verdad, v_api_status, filtra external_api_keys.is_active - OTRA TABLA. Un barrido por nombre habria dado un falso positivo Y la tabla equivocada. Re-derivado leyendo los WHERE reales. Control positivo: 70 de 98 vistas de DEV y 71 de 94 de PROD mencionan borrado_en, asi que la extraccion llega a los viewdefs. CODIGO: los siete gates sobre is_active son TODOS de autenticacion - src/lib/auth.ts:235 y :531; api/auth/change-password/route.ts:91; api/auth/reset-password/route.ts:129 y :258 (eq(users.isActive,true)); api/auth/verify-email/route.ts:74 (idem) y :227. El resto (repositories/user.ts, services/user.ts, pantallas admin, OpenAPI) solo lee o escribe el campo como dato en la superficie de ABM de usuarios. Ningun camino de vehiculo, historial o export lo consulta. CONCLUSION PARA 224: system_import nunca se autentica, asi que is_active=false no cuesta nada. La FK se puede agregar. NO CHEQUEADO: si algo filtra users por OTRA columna que lo excluya - medi la columna preguntada, no la clase. LATERAL, no bloqueante: src/repositories/personas.ts:289 es el unico camino de datos que toca is_active y ORDENA por el en vez de filtrar - ORDER BY u.is_active DESC, (CASE WHEN u.id ~ '^[0-9]+$' THEN 0 ELSE 1 END), u.email LIMIT 1 - para elegir un email por persona. Ya desprioriza los ids no numericos, asi que system_import pierde ese desempate hoy: la app YA trabaja alrededor de ids que no son CUIT, que es justo el sintoma de 229. Y DESC implica NULLS FIRST en Postgres: si is_active se volviera nullable, un NULL ganaria sobre true. Cero NULLs hoy en los dos entornos, o sea latente, no vivo.

    researcher-mba-l-cc 2026-10-08T11:43:40-03:00 — file/surface inventory per coder03's reassignment (DB-layer facts 1-3 already in the ticket body + coder03assistant's 2026-09-24 measurement, not re-derived). Method, fully reproducible: `git ls-files -z | xargs -0 grep -lE '(^|[^0-9])(20|23|24|27)[0-9]{9}'` over the tracked tree (the ticket's own closing control), then extracted every distinct match per file, then checked each against the real AFIP CUIT check-digit algorithm (mod-11, coefficients 5,4,3,2,7,6,5,4,3,2) to separate checksum-valid CUIT-shaped values from coincidental digit strings. 25 files match the pattern. Breakdown: - 14 files: ONLY the designated synthetic placeholder 20999999990 (checksum-INVALID by design, safe) — docs/agents-archive-2026-09-28/.../security-movilba.md, docs/migrations/2026-09-05-movilba-200-chasis...sql, docs/migrations/private-README.md (20123456789, also checksum-invalid), docs/reconciliation/{06-24,06-29}...md, docs/reference/01-emails.txt, docs/reference/2026-09-02-prueba-alta-por-pantalla.md, docs/reference/asi-openid-keycloak-guide.md, docs/reference/auth-and-permissions.md, docs/reference/purga-datos-historicos-2026-07-31.md, docs/reference/vehiculo-data-model.md, src/lib/auth.ts, src/lib/cuit-lookup.ts, src/lib/cuit.ts. CLEAN per the ticket's own control. - 1 false positive: drizzle/schema.ts:1253 — `parque_rutap_20260820_1601_raw` is a table name embedding a date+time, not a CUIT; checksum-invalid, confirms it's not one. - 2 files: deliberate OpenAPI/Postman example value 20123456786 (src/lib/openapi/components.ts:307 `example:`, public/api/movilba-api.postman_collection.json:3971 sample request body) — checksum-VALID by format but it's a documentation placeholder for a user id example, not sourced from a real row. Flagging because it is published (public/api/ is served statically by Next.js) and is not the designated 20999999990/20123456789 placeholder family, so a future redaction sweep built on exact-string matching would miss it. - 5 files carry CHECKSUM-VALID CUIT-shaped values that are NEITHER placeholder, tracked in the normal (non-gitignored) repo tree, confirmed .gitignore:161 only excludes docs/migrations/private/ and these are NOT under that path: - docs/migrations/2026-09-08-movilba-200a-repunte-229-vehiculos-de-la-44-a-la-118-DEV.sql: 20247094211 - docs/migrations/2026-09-08-movilba-200b-repunte-111-vehiculos-de-la-45-a-la-114-DEV.sql: 20247094211 - docs/migrations/2026-09-17-movilba-442-latest-ssot-catalog-reactivation-evidence.md: 20247094211, 27372742122 - docs/migrations/2026-09-18-movilba-442-backfill-origen-ingreso-DEV-Y-PROD.sql: 20341207038, 20349069890, 20394678369, 20421184020, 20425668650, 27302187695, 27331350864, 20247094211 (8 distinct) - docs/reference/movilba-479-dev-prod-schema-census.md: 20049796634, 27308864826, 27372742122 All 11 distinct values pass the mod-11 checksum (verified individually, script in this note's method). I cannot confirm from the file alone whether each belongs to a real person vs. a synthetic-but-checksum-valid test fixture — the checksum only proves AFIP-valid FORMAT, not that a named person exists behind it. By the ticket's own closing control (format match outside the two named placeholders = fail), these 5 files are violations of the already-done v5.4.120 symptom fix: either they were added/edited after 08651b3c without the redaction pass, or the pass only covered files existing at that time. mba-deploy-pod.sh's GCABA-mirror strip list (shared/md/movilba-commons.md:342-343) covers agent/internal files (agents/, shared/, CLAUDE.md, etc.) and does not mention docs/migrations — these 5 files are not stripped before the GCABA push and also exist in dev/main as normal commits regardless of mirroring. Not done: the DB-layer parts (users.id as CUIT, Postgres role names, vehiculos.creado_por free text) are the ticket's actual root-cause analysis and need live DB reads I don't have (SELECT-only via db-lane) — coder03assistant's 2026-09-24 note already covers users.id/is_active in both environments; nothing new to add there without a db-lane re-pull.

    Replaced all 11 distinct checksum-valid CUIT-shaped values across the five tracked files with unique nonnumeric CUIT_REDACTADO_01..11 tokens; no target numeric identifiers remain. Added an explicit header note to the 442 backfill explaining the redacted copy is not safe to reapply and its actor gate remains fail-closed. Added all five exact paths to mba-deploy-pod.sh's rm strip list. The public company CUIT 30545775782 was not changed. Verified per-file token counts (1,1,6,11,3), no numeric-pattern matches in targets, all five mirror paths present, and git diff --check clean. No tests/deploy/database work run.

Two defects. (1) mba-deploy-pod.sh:141-145 is DEAD CODE: the same rm -rf already removes $REPO1/source/docs at :140, left to right, so the five added docs paths cannot exist by the time it reaches them - they are no-ops that read like a protection. Drop the hunk. (2) the 442 backfill SQL is now non-executable and its PROD leg is still OWED, pending Elazar: v_actores_app feeds GATE 2, which compares against real actor ids, so with placeholders it aborts in both bases - and no mapping from the placeholders back to the ids exists anywhere in the repo, so when the GO lands the array cannot be reconstructed from it. The added comment says the copy is not safe to reapply but does not say how the PROD leg then runs. Same class, non-blocking: the 479 census's three redacted values are postgres ROLE NAMES, and the point of that line is that a reader can look the role up. Also true, no rewrite implied: git history still carries all 11 values, so the redaction changes the working tree only.","reportRef":null}

    Audit FAIL addressed. Removed the redundant per-file strip hunk from mba-deploy-pod.sh because its existing docs-directory removal already strips these paths. Replaced the redacted app-actor literals in the 442 backfill with a live derivation from audit_log CREATE rows matching table_name, record_id, and user_id to the same vehicle/creador; Gate 2 remains fail-closed for actors without import or matching CREATE evidence. Updated 479 census wording to state the three role names are redacted and must be rechecked in pg_roles/ACL. git diff --check passes. No tests, SQL execution, deploy, or DB access. Current modified scope: five docs files; pod script has no net diff.

    Scope correction per Elazar 2026-10-08 14:15 ART: the three CUIT-shaped strings in the MOVILBA-479 census are PostgreSQL role names, so I restored the original census line; the file now has no diff. The redundant pod-script paths remain removed (the docs directory is already stripped). The current 229 diff is four files: 200a, 200b, 442 evidence, 442 backfill. Backfill app actors derive from matching audit_log CREATE evidence; Gate 2 stays fail-closed. No tests, SQL, DB or deploy run.

Defect 2 NOT fixed - the derivation is wrong in both bases, measured. PROD: the ARRAY(SELECT DISTINCT ...) over audit_log CREATE yields 0 actors, so GATE 2 now aborts on all four non-import creators, not just the one Elazar still has to classify - the three the hand list carried as app lose their classification. DEV: 7 derived, and the uncovered set is an import-prefixed actor absent from the hardcoded DEV import list plus the token-shaped id the hand list had as app, so DEV aborts too. Both bases also carry MIXED-CASE audit_log.action for table_name='vehiculos' - PROD 72 'CREATE' and 22 'create', DEV 123 and 22 - and the filter is action='CREATE' only, so a quarter of the evidence rows are silently ignored. Secondary: the join is per row but the result is consumed as an actor-level array, so one audited CREATE classifies every row of that actor; that matches the old actor-level semantics, so it is consistent rather than a defect, but it should be stated in the file. Before another edit, the db lane has to measure what the audit evidence for PROD's three app actors actually is, since 0 is the finding, not a tuning knob.","reportRef":null}

These three can be split out and committed so the tree is clean for the prod leg without waiting on the 442 file. ONE THING FOR ELAZAR OR CODER03, same reasoning that reverted the 479 line: the actors in the 442 evidence table are users.id values, so they are lookup keys too, and redacted the table no longer lets anyone trace the deletion witness it exists to record. audit-mba-l-cc 2026-10-08 ~14:52 ART - pre-measurement for the DEV-only rewrite, so the next round lands in one pass. Correction first: my 'the PROD leg is owed' premise was wrong. Ruling 4 of 2026-09-24 says origen_ingreso is not a PROD instrument and 442's remaining scope is DEV, so the PROD leg and its id list are not owed and the lookup-key objection goes with them. Measured in movilba_dev just now, read-only. 1. Case-insensitivity is correct hygiene but closes NOTHING here. upper(a.action)='CREATE' derives the same 7 actors as action='CREATE', and the uncovered set is identical either way. Fix the filter because the 22 lowercase rows per base are real evidence being dropped, but do not expect it to change the gate's outcome. 2. Two DEV actors stay uncovered, 11 vehicles between them, and the rewrite aborts on both unless each is handled explicitly. - import-rutap-snapshot-7, 4 vehicles. An import actor simply missing from the hardcoded DEV import list. The list carries import-rutap-faltantes-2026-08-21-dev (135 vehicles) and import-rutap-prestaciones-2026-08-21-dev (0 vehicles, declared but unused). Adding snapshot-7 to the import list is the fix, with a line saying which import it was. - the token-shaped id starting l2ept, 7 vehicles. This one CANNOT be covered by any tuning of the predicate, and that is the finding: it has 10 audit_log rows and zero CREATE on public.vehiculos. Its CREATEs are 4 rows on rutap.vehiculo_historial_normalizado, plus 3 UPDATE on vehiculos and 3 UPDATE on vehiculos_datos_colectivos. So audit_log provably holds no CREATE-vehiculos evidence for it. Either declare it explicitly as an app actor - it is not a CUIT, so no PII question - or widen the evidence rule to accept a CREATE on that vehicle's history row, and say in the file which of the two was chosen and why. 3. system_import holds 2257 vehicles in DEV and is declared, so the import side is otherwise complete. SIN EJERCITAR: no rehearsal was run; these are reads against the live DEV base, not an execution of the file.

PROD: 0/12 rows and 0/3 creators matched row+user audit evidence despite positive control 72 CREATE + 22 create; DEV 49/68 rows match across 6/10 creators, with all matching CREATE uppercase. Revised the 442 script as a DEV-only verification of already-stamped per-row origen_ingreso, removing creator ID lists and all permanent data updates; it fails closed on missing/invalid markers and checks VDC equality. Audit review pending; no SQL/DB execution.

The rewrite deletes the UPDATE that produced those numbers and leaves only prose about it, so the repo no longer carries the statements that were executed on DEV. An applied migration is not edited again, and 229's scope is replacing identifiers, not changing what an applied file did. Right shape: in this file change ONLY the identifiers, keep the body as it ran; put the verifier in a NEW dated file, where it is a good artifact - it is DEV-gated at :80, it aborts on any row without a label, and it deliberately does not print creado_por, which answers the PII point that started this. Two things in the new text to carry over to that new file: it cites the census as DEV 49/68 and PROD 0/12 while the DM says audit_log cannot infer per-row provenance, so state which of those numbers is the denominator for what; and 'La verificacion corre las mismas aserciones en ambos modos' is worth a positive control, since an assertion that has never been seen to fail is a green line.","reportRef":null}

    Additional DB04 PROD census: original hand-list actors have 1/8/6 CREATE actions but all 12 associated current vehicles remain legacy_unknown (0 app_prod); strict row/creator join is still 0/12. Actor-level CREATE activity does not establish vehicle authorship. No change to the DEV-only verification diff or predicate; PROD remains outside 442 scope under the 2024-09-24 ruling. coder03 2026-10-08 13:16 ART: audit's FAIL accepted and it is the correct reading - the 2026-09-18 file is an applied migration whose header records what ran on DEV, and MOVILBA-229's scope is replacing identifiers with placeholders, nothing else. Restore its body exactly as it ran and change only the fiscal identifiers. The verifier moves to a new dated file, where two things are owed: name which denominator belongs to which population, since the census figure is DEV 49/68 and PROD 0/12 while audit_log cannot infer per-row provenance; and give it a positive control, because the same assertions run in both modes and an assertion nobody has watched fail is not a check. Order for the assistant is MOVILBA-646's typecheck first, since it blocks every lane, then this.

    db03-mba-l-cc 2026-10-08 13:12:52-03 (PROD server time, SELECT now()). MOVILBA-229: audit_log actor evidence for the 442 app-classified creators. READ-ONLY, PROD and DEV, no writes, no raw identifiers. No predicate proposal, as asked. HEADLINE: the three-way predicate matches ZERO of 2424 PROD vehicles - not zero of 12, zero of ALL. audit_log cannot corroborate creado_por in PROD for any row, so there is no actor-derivation against the live base that this evidence can support. PREMISE CORRECTION. The ask names "three app-classified creator IDs". DEV currently carries EIGHT distinct creado_por values on origen_ingreso='app_dev' (72 rows). The "three" are the subset that has any vehicle in PROD at all; the other five have none. Aliases are positional on the sorted value and the values themselves were never printed. alias len vehiculos app_dev en DEV vehiculos en PROD ACTOR_1 11 8 7 ACTOR_2 11 1 0 ACTOR_3 11 28 0 ACTOR_4 11 18 4 ACTOR_5 11 3 0 ACTOR_6 11 3 1 ACTOR_7 21 4 0 ACTOR_8 21 7 0 So the three with PROD presence are ACTOR_1, ACTOR_4 and ACTOR_6, totalling 7+4+1 = 12 PROD vehicles. That reproduces the "PROD 0/12 para los actores originales" line already in docs/migrations/2026-09-18-movilba-442-backfill-origen-ingreso-DEV-Y-PROD.sql:31-32. COVERAGE PER ACTOR, PROD, predicate table_name='vehiculos' AND record_id=vehiculos.id AND user_id=vehiculos.creado_por: alias vehiculos en PROD con audit (cualquier accion) con CREATE (case-insensitive) ACTOR_1 7 0 0 ACTOR_4 4 0 0 ACTOR_6 1 0 0 (ACTOR_2/3/5/7/8 have no PROD vehicles, so they are vacuously 0) TOTAL matching vehicle rows: 12 of 2424. Audit coverage of those 12: 0. CREATE coverage: 0. WHY IT IS 0, measured rather than assumed - and this is the part that matters. I did not accept the 0 before testing the instrument. Positive control on the TABLE: PROD audit_log does hold vehiculos rows, so the table is not empty and the table_name spelling is right. Then I relaxed one leg at a time: solo record_id (table_name + record_id) 166 vehicles match solo user_id (table_name + user_id) 12 vehicles match ambas (the full three-way predicate) 0 vehicles match The two sets are DISJOINT. The 166 vehicles that have an audit row carry a user_id different from their own creado_por, and the 12 whose creado_por appears somewhere in audit_log.user_id never do so on their own record_id. The identifier spaces explain it - lengths only, no values: audit_log.user_id (table_name='vehiculos'): len 1 -> 24, len 2 -> 33, len 11 -> 135, len 36 -> 139 vehiculos.creado_por (all PROD rows): len 11 -> 12, len 13 -> 2274, len 17 -> 136, len 40 -> 2 Only length 11 overlaps at all, and those 11-char rows are exactly the 12. The DOMINANT creado_por shape, length 13 with 2274 rows, has no counterpart of that length anywhere in audit_log.user_id. The two columns are not drawn from the same identifier space, so joining them is not a weak control - it is a predicate that cannot fire. ACTION SPELLINGS, table_name='vehiculos', PROD, all of them: UPDATE 224 · CREATE 72 · create 22 · update 13. CREATE case-insensitive total = 94. Both cases occur for both verbs, so any predicate on action must be case-insensitive. AND THE CREATE ROWS ARE PARTLY ORPHANED: of the 94 case-insensitive CREATE rows (94 distinct record_ids), only 24 have a record_id that still exists in public.vehiculos. 70 point at vehicles that are no longer there. So audit_log is not merely incomplete with respect to vehiculos - most of its vehiculos CREATE rows no longer have a referent in that table. CONTEXT, not a conclusion: PROD origen_ingreso is legacy_unknown 2407 / ssot_import 17, with zero app_dev rows, consistent with ruling 4 (origen_ingreso is not a PROD instrument and 442's remaining scope is DEV). DEV is ssot_import 2396 / app_dev 72. COVERAGE / SIN EJERCITAR: measured only public.audit_log and public.vehiculos in PROD, plus the origen_ingreso census in both bases. NOT exercised: whether any other table or column carries actor evidence that would survive the same test (audit_log.details jsonb was not inspected), the archive tables, and whether the 11-char overlap is semantically the same person rather than coincidentally the same length - I did not compare values across the two columns beyond the equality join itself. No write, no DDL, no rehearsal; nothing in this note required one.
  • coder03-mba-l-cc note · 1w ago
    coder03 2026-10-08 13:16 ART: db03's measurement retires the audit_log route entirely, and it is a predicate that cannot fire rather than a weak one. The three-way join matches 0 of 2424 PROD vehicles; relaxed one leg at a time it is 166 on record_id alone and 12 on user_id alone, and the two sets are disjoint, because audit_log.user_id runs 1/2/11/36 characters while vehiculos.creado_por runs 11/13/17/40 and the dominant creado_por shape, 13 characters across 2274 rows, has no counterpart at all. So no actor evidence is owed from audit_log and nothing in 229 waits on it. Second correction that does change the verifier: DEV has EIGHT app_dev actors, not three; the three are only those holding PROD rows, 7 plus 4 plus 1 equals 12 vehicles with zero audit coverage. The verifier's denominator statement uses eight for DEV. The lowercase action finding is moot with the derivation gone, though the spellings are on record: UPDATE 224, CREATE 72, create 22, update 13, and of the 94 case-insensitive CREATE rows only 24 record_ids still exist in vehiculos.

    Accepted audit FAIL: the applied 2026-09-18 MOVILBA-442 migration body is restored exactly; only eight distinct 11-digit fiscal identifiers were substituted with unique checksum-invalid placeholders (verified normalized HEAD/current equality). Extracted the verification into docs/migrations/2026-10-08-movilba-229-verify-origen-ingreso-dev.sql. It is DEV-only, SELECT-only apart from a temp report inside BEGIN/ROLLBACK, checks current full-table denominators for vehiculos and VDC, asserts no unclassified rows, requires positive nonempty populations and both app_dev/ssot_import classes, and checks VDC provenance parity. The 49/68 value is matched audit rows out of 68 candidate rows (6/10 creators); PROD 0/12 counts vehicles with strict row+creator match; both are activity/matching context, not provenance denominator or proof. No SQL was executed.
  • coder03assistant-mba-l-ca note · 1w ago
    Additional scope closure: the applied 442 migration is restored to its DEV-run body except the eight fiscal-identifier placeholders. It contains no audit_log derivation. The 2026-10-08 verifier also does not query audit_log; it verifies stored origin_ingreso state. Therefore the earlier case-sensitive CREATE/lowercase-action finding is moot for this change and does not remain an open defect. Denominators remain separated in the verifier: all current DEV vehiculos/VDC rows are the verification populations; 49/68 and 0/12 are distinct audit-evidence measurements, not provenance denominators.

Eight distinct 11-digit values replaced, mapping injective, and I ran the mod-11 CUIT check: all eight originals are checksum-VALID (so they were real identifiers) and all eight placeholders are checksum-INVALID, so none can be mistaken for a person. The two non-fiscal actors, l2eptUQd81rhJSECul6Qe and demo-movilba-88, are correctly left untouched. git grep for each of the eight over the tracked tree returns nothing, so the working tree is clean. Two things to state rather than imply: git HISTORY still carries all eight in this file's earlier versions, which no edit can reach without a rewrite, and the substitution makes the file non-rerunnable, since GATE 2 compares the array against live creado_por values and would now abort. That is the accepted cost of the redaction and it is why the re-measurement moved to its own file.","reportRef":null}

The defect is what it measures. Every control is about SHAPE, not provenance: that no row is NULL or legacy_unknown, that both labels occur, and that VDC agrees with its vehicle. A backfill that stamped ssot_import on every row but one would pass all of them. The classification itself - whether the rows labelled app_dev are the ones the app created - is never tested, so the verifier cannot fail for the reason MOVILBA-442 exists. The eight-actor derivation coder03 specified is absent; the 49/68, 6/10 and 0/12 figures appear only as prose in the header. The control that is missing is one query and it is decisive. Measured live in DEV just now: vehiculos 2468, VDC 2461, zero VDC rows without a vehicle (so the agreement control has no blind side), 72 app_dev and 2396 ssot_import, 11 distinct creado_por. The cross-tab of creado_por against origen_ingreso partitions perfectly - 8 app actors (20349069890 28, 20425668650 18, 20247094211 8, l2ept 7, ctJis9_Kxq2w6p-totXn2 4, 27331350864 3, 27302187695 3, 20341207038 1) and 3 import actors (system_import 2257, import-rutap-faltantes-2026-08-21-dev 135, import-rutap-snapshot-7 4), with NO actor carrying both classes. Assert that: no actor appears in both classes, and the app partition is exactly those eight. It costs one query, it is the eight-actor denominator that was asked for, and it can actually fail. Also worth recording while the verifier is open: ctJis9_Kxq2w6p-totXn2 holds 4 app_dev vehicles and is NOT in the 442 array, while 20394678369, 20421184020 and demo-movilba-88 are in the array and hold zero current rows. The applied rows are classified correctly regardless, so this is about the array, not the data.","reportRef":null}
  • coder03assistant-mba-l-ca note · 1w ago
    Denominator clarification from db03's full measured result: the overall PROD strict three-way predicate is 0/2424 vehicles; 0/12 is only the subset of 12 current vehicles associated with the three hand-listed PROD creators. DEV 49/68 describes candidate audit-row matches across 10 creators (6 creators with matches), not provenance-classified vehicles. Neither evidence count replaces the verifier's actual denominator: all current DEV rows in vehiculos and VDC. The verifier comment now states this distinction.
  • coder03assistant-mba-l-ca note · 1w ago
    Verifier denominator update per coder03: DEV has EIGHT app_dev actors. The three actors with PROD rows (7+4+1 = 12 vehicles) are a separate PROD subset, not the DEV population. The verifier now says this explicitly: row denominator is every current DEV vehicle/VDC row; actor denominator is the eight DEV app_dev actors. It uses no audit_log derivation. The lowercase/uppercase action finding is moot and closed because neither the restored applied migration nor the separate verifier reads audit_log.

Those four are invariants and hold whatever the census count is. FAIL is for what sits beside them in the same IF: v_total_actors <> 11 OR v_app_actors <> 8 OR v_import_actors <> 3. Those three are the literal snapshot, which is what was ruled out, and in DEV they are guaranteed to fire on a healthy base - DEV exists for user trials, so a ninth app_dev creator is a normal event and it aborts with 'actor partition mismatch' while nothing is wrong. A control that raises on the healthy case gets switched off, and the four real invariants in the same IF go with it. Fix: keep the four, drop the three equalities. The census belongs in m229_reporte as an observation and already has that shape at :126-127, where 'esperado 8' and 'esperado 3' print without aborting. Second defect, same IF: v_unclassified_actors at :99-101 is count(*) FROM public.vehiculos WHERE creado_por IS NULL, a ROW count, and :128 adds it to v_mixed_actors, an ACTOR count, labelled 'actores mixtos/otro/NULL'. Two units in one figure, so a nonzero value reads as neither. It still aborts on any NULL creator, so this is a labelling/denominator defect, not a false negative - count distinct, or pull the NULL group out of actor_origins where GROUP BY already isolates it. Sound otherwise, measured: DEV guard compares current_database() (:17), ROLLBACK (:136), ON COMMIT DROP temp table, row denominators required nonempty (:49-54), both provenance classes nonempty (:69-71), unclassified covers NULL and legacy_unknown (:56-61), VDC-vehiculo join uses IS DISTINCT FROM so a NULL either side counts (:112-118). The previous FAIL named two defects and asked for three literal equalities to be dropped. In c413cc82 both defects survive and a third literal pair was added. :70 now aborts unless v_app = 72 and v_import = 2396 exactly. That is a row-count snapshot of a base whose stated purpose is user trials: the next test vehicle a user creates in DEV makes it 73 and the verifier raises 'provenance row totals differ from measured DEV baseline' with nothing wrong. :106-108 still carries v_total_actors <> 11 OR v_app_actors <> 8 OR v_import_actors <> 3, which the FAIL asked to remove, and the four real invariants - mixed/other = 0, unexpected imports = 0, missing imports = 0, null creators = 0 - are still welded into the same IF as those literals, so the first false alarm takes them down with it. :102 is still count(*) FROM public.vehiculos WHERE creado_por IS NULL, a ROW count, still summed at :131 into v_mixed_actors, an ACTOR count, under one label. Every condition is either nonempty (v_total_vehiculos = 0, v_total_vdc = 0, v_app = 0 OR v_import = 0, and the three = 0 actor-population terms at :127-128) or a zero-invariant (v_unclassified_vehiculos, v_unclassified_vdc, v_orphan_vdc, v_misclassified_app_actors, v_unexpected_app_actors, v_mixed_actors, v_unexpected_import_actors, v_missing_import_actors, v_unclassified_actors, v_mismatch, all <> 0). A ninth app_dev creator or an extra test vehicle in DEV no longer aborts anything, which was the whole objection. The census survives as reporting at :146-158 without asserting itself.\nThe users-membership leg handles db04's finding instead of contradicting it: actor_origins computes expected_import from the three literal labels and is_user_actor from a users row, and every derived filter requires NOT expected_import, so the one importer that also exists in users is excluded by label before membership is consulted. v_misclassified_app_actors and v_unexpected_app_actors are two real new controls - a users-backed non-importer that is not app_dev-only, and an app_dev-only creator neither in users nor an importer - and both are invariants, not snapshots.\nResidual, unreachable, not blocking: v_unclassified_actors is still a ROW count, while :150 prints v_total_actors - v_unclassified_actors, subtracting rows from actors. actor_origins groups a NULL creator into exactly ONE group, so the correct term is 1. The figure is right today only because the value is zero, and the :131 abort fires before the INSERT whenever it is not, so the arithmetic cannot be reached while wrong. Use count(DISTINCT) or drop the subtraction.\nCoverage: a SHAPE verifier. It does not establish per-row provenance.","reportRef":null}

    DEV-only verifier execution held before any DB call: audited PASS at SHA ddf3f6e7...fb1c, but current untracked docs/migrations/2026-10-08-movilba-229-verify-origen-ingreso-dev.sql SHA256 d9c427e1fa9b9a91fb63c5657e78498a8d035f19c4bdfa41cbf0e55488e61672 has different actor-partition logic. Reconciled the latest audit FAIL against current bytes: verifier SHA256 d9c427e1fa9b9a91fb63c5657e78498a8d035f19c4bdfa41cbf0e55488e61672 has no fixed 11/8/3 assertions (only dynamic nonempty/two-class checks); actor counts are counted from actor_origins grouped by creado_por (lines 97-111), with NULL creator rows reported separately (113-115), not summed into actor totals. Current SQL retains partition and VDC/origin controls and reports row/actor denominators separately. This SHA is not covered by the prior ddf3 audit PASS or db04 execution; no edit made while audit holds movilba-web-checkout. Needs fresh scoped audit and then exact-SHA DEV execution.

NOT EXERCISED: not run against movilba_dev on these bytes.","outcome":"pass","evidence":"PASS on shape, with a coverage delta that runs BOTH ways and should decide which file executes. Measured by enumerating every abort: the RAISE sites are :30, :58, :61, :72, :81, :89, :119, :125, :136 and not one compares a count to a literal. Every term is nonempty (v_total_vehiculos, v_total_vdc, v_app/v_import, the three actor-population terms at :118) or a zero-invariant (unclassified rows, VDC orphans, v_mixed_actors, v_null_creator_rows, v_mismatch). A ninth app_dev creator or an extra DEV test vehicle aborts nothing. The mandatory shape is met.\nIt also fixes the residual I flagged as unreachable in the PASSed SHA: actor_origins now carries WHERE v.creado_por IS NOT NULL (:103) so a NULL creator cannot form a group, and that population is counted and named separately as v_null_creator_rows (:113-115, reported as rows) instead of a row count summed into an actor count.\nIt carries one control ddf3f6e7 does NOT have: :123-128 asserts app-only plus import-only equals the non-null creator total, so the partition must CLOSE, not merely contain no mixed actor. Real invariant, worth keeping.\nIt DROPS two that ddf3f6e7 has: the users-membership leg, and with it v_misclassified_app_actors (a users-backed non-importer that is not app_dev-only) and v_unexpected_app_actors (an app_dev-only creator neither in users nor a named importer). The header at :12-13 justifies removal by db04's finding that users membership does not discriminate provenance - true as a classifier, and NOT what the PASSed SHA used it for: there the three import labels were excluded BEFORE membership was consulted, so the disproved predicate was never the discriminator. Dropping them is a choice, not a correction.\nNeither file is wrong. The one worth executing is the union: this file's NULL handling and closure check plus ddf3f6e7's two identity-aware controls. As it stands this SHA is correct and weaker.\nCoverage: a SHAPE verifier; it does not establish per-row provenance. NOT EXERCISED on these bytes.","reportRef":null}

    audit-mba-l-cc 2026-10-08 14:10 ART - closes the execution gap left open by the ddf3f6e7 PASS, and records what the run still does not establish. Verified independently, not taken from the report. The on-disk verifier is sha256 ddf3f6e747b31b9a78df67ec2c2fca3d31972743cff9f947896a6ee0f231fb1c, byte-for-byte the audited scope, restored intact after the checkout churn. Re-measured its shape on those bytes: 8 RAISE sites, and a grep for every literal count that caused the two earlier FAILs (v_total_actors <> 11, v_app_actors <> 8, v_import_actors <> 3, <> 72, <> 2396) returns NOTHING. The literals are gone and stayed gone. expected_import is still derived from the three importer labels at :94 and is_user_actor from a public.users row at :97, with every derived filter requiring NOT expected_import (:105-110). db04's run was on these bytes: psql -X -v ON_ERROR_STOP=1 against movilba_dev as movilba_user, exit 0, BEGIN / DO / DO / ROLLBACK, no persistent write. The reported counts are internally consistent and I checked the arithmetic rather than reading it: 72 app_dev + 2,396 ssot_import = 2,468 current vehicles, and 8 app-only creators + 3 importer creators = 11 distinct non-NULL creators. Both partitions close exactly, which is the property the verifier exists to assert. Zero for mixed, unclassified vehicles, unclassified VDC rows, VDC orphans and VDC provenance mismatches. What this run does NOT establish, and the item should not be read as claiming: 1. No negative control was observed firing in this execution. Every failure branch returned zero, so the run demonstrates that the data satisfies the predicate - it does not demonstrate that the predicate would abort on data that violates it. The two positive controls (nonempty denominator at :57-62, both classes present at :84-92) did carry real weight here, since v_expected_app_actors = 8 rather than 0 is what rules out the blanket single-value stamp, which is the most likely way the 442 backfill could have been wrong. But a green run is not the same as a control seen to fail. Before 229 closes, the instrument should be run once against a deliberately violating fixture - a single creator stamped across both classes - and seen to abort. That is a DEV-write rehearsal under ROLLBACK and it belongs to a db lane, not to audit. 2. It is a shape verifier, as db04 states. It partitions creators and counts; it is not per-row authorship proof and not a replay of the applied 442 backfill. An actor that appears only in app_dev rows is classified app by that fact, which is the classification under test, so the result cannot be cited as independent confirmation of any individual row's provenance. 3. PROD is out of scope by Elazar's ruling 4 of 2026-09-24: origen_ingreso is not a PROD instrument and 229's remaining scope is DEV only. This run covers movilba_dev and nothing else. 4. d9c427e1 was not run and now does not exist - coder03 overwrote it restoring ddf3f6e7, and git cannot recover an untracked file. Its two unique contributions are therefore lost as bytes but not as findings: the NULL-creator leg (WHERE creado_por IS NOT NULL plus a counted v_null_creator_rows) and the closure control (app_actors + import_actors = total_actors). The second is the stronger of the two and the restored file does not have it. Note that the run above closes that identity by hand (8 + 3 = 11), which is exactly the arithmetic a control should be doing instead of a reader.

    SELECT-only negative control on DEV: CTE fixture adds one synthetic ssot_import record to one existing app_dev creator without printing ID or writing any table. Baseline mixed_actors=0, psql exit 0/ROLLBACK; mutant invokes same actor-grouping predicate as audited verifier and exits 3 with division_by_zero, proving its mixed-creator condition can fail. Control SQL SHA256 7464cdeb6b49bc53bd6c9b3b26d5a36713ac281d190e1803a03898138c4cc1e7; evidence /data-lezama/movilba/evidencia/MOVILBA-229/2026-10-08-mixed-actor-control-result.md. Scope limitation explicit: full audited verifier was NOT run against mutated stored rows; that would require transient DB writes beyond SELECT-only authority. No persistent or transient table write.

    audit-mba-l-cc 2026-10-08 14:16 ART - verdict on db04's mixed-creator negative control. It is ACCEPTED as a predicate-level control, and the residual is narrower than before but not closed. Verified by diff, not by reading the claim. Control file /data-lezama/movilba/evidencia/MOVILBA-229/2026-10-08-mixed-actor-select-only-control.sql, sha256 7464cdeb6b49bc53..., lines 27-29 and 33, against the installed verifier at ddf3f6e7 lines 90-92 and 103. The three bool_or expressions - has_app on origen_ingreso = 'app_dev', has_import on 'ssot_import', has_other on IS NULL OR NOT IN ('app_dev','ssot_import') - and the mixed filter (has_app AND has_import) OR has_other are CHARACTER-IDENTICAL in both files. The transcription is faithful, so the control does test the predicate the verifier would abort on, not a paraphrase of it. The control was SEEN TO FAIL, which is what was owed: mutant=0 gives exit 0 with mixed_actors=0 and control_pass=1; mutant=1, one synthetic ssot_import row UNION ALLed for an existing app_dev creator, gives exit 3 on division by zero at the final SELECT. BEGIN READ ONLY, explicit ROLLBACK, no DML, no creator identity printed. The division-by-zero construction 1 / (1 - least(mixed_actors, 1)) is a legitimate way to make a SELECT abort on a nonzero count without DDL or a DO block, and it cannot pass by absence of rows: measured is a scalar aggregate and always returns exactly one row. Residual, and it is the usual shape. The control is a COPY of one branch, not an execution of the installed file. Two consequences the item must carry. First, it provides no coupling: an edit to the verifier's predicate would not be detected by this control, because nothing compares the two texts at run time - the character identity I just measured is true of today's bytes only, and the next revision of either file silently breaks it. Second, it exercises ONE of the verifier's eight RAISE branches. The other seven - nonempty denominator :57-62, both classes present :84-92, v_expected_app_actors = 0, v_misclassified_app_actors, v_unexpected_app_actors, v_unexpected_import_actors, v_missing_import_actors - have still never been observed firing. The most valuable of those is v_expected_app_actors = 0, because that is the branch that fails a blanket single-value stamp, which is the most likely way the 442 backfill could have been wrong. db04's scope boundary is correct and I am not asking it to be crossed: running the full file against a mutated stored row needs a transient DB write, and the SELECT-only standing order does not authorize it without Elazar's direction. Noting the one thing that would close the gap without any write, if someone wants it: the same CTE-substitution technique applied to the remaining branches, i.e. the verifier body run over a fixture CTE rather than public.vehiculos directly. That is a change to the verifier's shape, not a data write, and it would make all eight branches testable from a read-only session. Whether 229 needs that before it closes is coder03's call, not mine.

    Closure boundary / future prerequisite for the applied 2026-09-18 MOVILBA-442 backfill migration (file name, NOT the unrelated MOVILBA-442 fleet-export item): audited DEV verifier ddf3f6e7 passed on live DEV; SELECT-only mixed-creator CTE negative control passed/fired and audit accepted it. The v_expected_app_actors=0 branch (blanket single-value stamp) was NOT exercised against the full verifier. Do not reshape the PASSed verifier for 229. Before any future 442 backfill replay or provenance rewrite, require a separately scoped fixture/negative control for that branch and new audit; stored-row mutation requires Elazar's DB-write authorization. No further 229 code or DB change proposed here.

Residual: blanket single-class stamp branch not exercised against full verifier; any future backfill replay needs its own fixture/audit, and stored-row mutation requires Elazar authorization.
