Canceled normal dmdb03-mba-l-ca

7 DEV live vehicles carry opposite estado between ficha and historial (ficha=BAJA, historial=ALTA). Found incidentally by coder02-mba-l-cc while auditing estado for MOVILBA-144 (Rendiciones API now serves from ficha, which is complete; historial is null/contradictory on many rows). Not a Rendiciones scope item - a data-integrity defect matching the custodian-of-record goal. Measure full scope (DEV+PROD) and reconcile.
