This ticket asked to validate fecha_ultima_actualizacion, post-MOVILBA-145-import, against MODIF history (non-deleted MODIF, nonempty expediente, greatest fecha_alta) - i.e. it assumed MOVILBA-145's "stamp the import batch date" approach shipped and needed a correctness check against a MODIF-derived expectation. MEASURED: MOVILBA-145 status=deferred - that stamping approach was never shipped as a persisted column. docs/reference/vehiculo-data-model.md:119 confirms fecha_ultima_actualizacion was RETIRED from public.vehiculos on 2026-09-23 (MOVILBA-145). There is nothing to validate "post-import" because no import populates it any more. The name is still published by the Parque Movil v1 API, but derived differently: the selected CURRENT period's fecha_alta via rutap.v_vehiculo_historial_actual (src/repositories/parque-movil.ts:135-167,222), nullable, closeable period allowed. This is exactly the "Estado Actual" derivation, not a MODIF/expediente-greatest-fecha_alta derivation - a different business rule than the one 146 asks to check. That derivation was independently audited and confirmed correct against the live resolver under MOVILBA-195 (closed 2026-10-07, commit f818dc3d): "LEFT JOIN LATERAL rutap.v_vehiculo_historial_actual.fecha_alta, nullable... matches OpenAPI + MOVILBA-145 description." 195 is the superseding, already-closed validation of this exact field. Closing 146: its target (the MOVILBA-145 stamped-date column) no longer exists, and the field's actual current derivation already has a closed, audited correctness check (195). Nothing left to measure under 146's own terms.
