Correct the DEV /validadoras workflow and schema after stakeholder test exposed model errors. Remove unsupported mandatory numero_serie; model immutable device type SUBE/OPENPASS separately from immutable installation modality EMBARCADA/PUESTO_A_TIERRA; store one type-specific ID Validadora/Mounting KIT pair; require ID; show immutable identity as text on edit; restrict line/vehicle associations to active targets in UI and DB; add expected-history concurrency protection; preserve canonical ALTA/BAJA/MODIFICACION from v_opciones and append-only expediente/date/actor history. Existing two DEV test records may be discarded only through exact-hash audited DEV migration; PROD prohibited.

Rebuilding DEV schema and UI from verified requirements; independent DB and coder reviews active; no PROD changes.

Independent DB review confirmed wrong type/modality model, invalid dual identifiers, missing required ID, inactive-target and stale-write risks. App rebuild now uses view-backed SUBE/OpenPass + Embarcada/Puesto a tierra catalogs, immutable identity display, one-ID snapshot history, active vehicle options, expected-head concurrency, and ground locations; awaiting exact audited DEV SQL and code review.

Independent code review found and verified fixed: embedded vehicle/line transfer now selects assigned validators and writes one MODIFICACION; OpenPass Mounting KIT restored to the established staging/dev01/POD visibility tier while hidden edits preserve data. Typecheck and targeted lint PASS from reviewer. Complete package is under pre-write audit; DB-first remains mandatory.

Stakeholder canonical terminology refinement: Tipo de Validadora means Embarcada/Puesto a tierra and is always the first/gating field on every validadora form/list/detail surface; Sistema means SUBE/OpenPass. Central UI constants added; switching type on add clears incompatible association/ground fields. No DB/schema change.
