Fix self-disclaimer copy shipped in MOVILBA-129

MOVILBA-129 (a5f199b4) shipped the wording 'Cambios detectados por MovilBA; pueden ser incompletos' in vehicle-history UI copy. Violates the new permanent rule: no end-user UI text may say the app may be wrong/incomplete/unreliable (see memory feedback_no_self_disclaimers_in_user_facing_copy). Rewrite the copy to state the fact plainly without hedging language - if the underlying data is genuinely partial, that's an internal/audit note, not user-facing text.
