Compact the vehicle history timeline and PDF: visible content is expedientes, Tramite, Fecha Alta/Baja, and importer-detected changes only; unchanged entity/line are omitted; source/audit evidence remains available separately. Correct wording so detected changes may be incomplete and Estado is explicitly recorded by MovilBA, not asserted as SSOT. DEV implementation in progress; no PROD deploy yet.
