  Checked schema live 2026-09-22: accessRequests has NO statusOptionId column at all - only the plain text 'status' column this WI wants to drop. The WI's premise ('statusOptionId FK is the enforced gate') describes supportTickets.statusOptionId (which does exist), not accessRequests. As written this WI is unbuildable - there is no FK gate to make the text column redundant. Needs correction (either scope it to actually adding a statusOptionId FK first, or recognize accessRequests intentionally never got one and close as premise-wrong).
