  Root cause (coder): NOT /informes, NOT cache. Surface is the WEEKLY KPI DIGEST EMAIL (src/lib/weekly-kpi.ts). Adjunto digest ADJUNTO_SQL (and TITULAR_SQL) join teacher rows with roleLabel='JTP' ONLY -> ayudantes excluded at query level; the 6 rows Alfie sees are F's JTPs, Belen (ayudante) filtered out. Numbers (Tapia 97) are this query's own active-periodo totals, not stale. MARS-3 only touched getJtpStats; this digest was never updated. Refresh cannot help (email content). Fix: include ayudantes (roleLabel IN JTP,Ayudante), attribute pract by SA role (JTP=assignedTeacher, Ayudante=ayudante), update template copy 'JTPs a tu cargo'->'Docentes a tu cargo (JTP/Ayudante)' + Rol column. Earlier morning 'stale /informes page, hard-refresh' diagnosis was wrong surface.
