This supplies the missing assignedTeacherUserId that update_student_assignment_atomic (mig085) requires to belong to the TARGET comision. Verified: Sandra 8ecaf163-5bfc-44fb-8e8c-64cc0ea66d73 holds two LIVE teacherComisionMemberships rows in B - Endo 1 (comisionId 028905a4-f4d7-40b3-a79e-837e360cdc7b), deletedAt null. Student ONOFA FALCONY, Matias Jahdai 050a32b6-dfff-4aaf-85e6-b473e534677b, assignment row da66c642-1203-4591-9637-227ef54925a3, currently D - Endo 1 (d490b749-3be9-44c3-b289-7694b0f399a8) with assignedTeacherUserId b788bdc8 (Vanina Ciolli, D-only), 0 practicas so nothing to carry. BLOCKED on authorization, not on data. All facts verified: student 050a32b6 row da66c642 in D - Endo 1, 0 practicas; Sandra 8ecaf163 has LIVE B - Endo 1 memberships so she is a valid assignedTeacherUserId. The gate is the ACTOR: update_student_assignment_atomic (mig085) authorises from p_actor/p_roles - manageRoster (admin/bedel) bypass, else the actor must scope BOTH source and target comision; Sandra is B-only so the source check returns 'source_scope'. db-mars-ca correctly refused to impersonate a session actor via SQL MCP (tag db-mars-ca-mufkap33iwlg). No headless path exists TODAY: support-action is ticket-ops only, and support-admin (which DOES run with Elazar's hardcoded admin actor, satisfying manageRoster) lists assignment-set and jtp-reassign only in its default: branch as MARS-759 pending ops. Two routes out: (1) an admin/bedel performs the move in /administrar - minutes, no code; (2) implement support-admin assignment-set per the MARS-759 use-server-extraction recipe - but coder-mars-cc is currently shut down for token burn. Reporter owes nothing. Root cause of the repage: the sweep suppresses on vSupportOpsTriageFeed.lastMessageFrom='staff', and an INTERNAL note leaves that NULL - so the earlier note ee2cc60b documented the blocker without stopping the page. Mars has no headless status op either (live 400 lists only reply/note/close/reopen/notify-set), so inProgress was not available. Feed now reads staff for SOP-MARS-68. Still blocked on the same authorization decision.

ELAZAR GO, CLI 2026-09-28 (nqla 3b): build the support-admin assignment-set op rather than routing Sandra's transfer through an admin/bedel in the UI. That decides MARS-759's default-branch-only state as well - the op ships. Once it exists, MARS-762 and MARS-763 both close in Spanish in their own threads, since SOP-MARS-68 is Sandra's answer to the SOP-MARS-67 question and neither closes alone. The authorization blocker recorded here stands until then: mig085 authorises from the session actor, so the op must run with an admin actor scoping both source and target comisión.
