Version-control live evolutiva-dbperf host script and record row 102 provenance

The deployed host script /home/rob/scripts/evolutiva-dbperf.py is live but not inside any Git worktree and no source mirror was found in the Mars repo or /opt. This blocks durable review/history. Determine the correct host-script repository with bin-venus-ca, add the deployed copy as its first tracked version byte-identical to the running file, then record repository and tracked path on MARS-740 row 102. Preserve the service unit contract and do not alter operational behavior while establishing provenance.
