Preserve shared Mars worktree before idle -cc retirement

pmmaster-evolutiva-cc authorized retirement of idle Mars -cc lanes. The shared Mars Git worktree was dirty; tracked diff preserved before any exit at /data-venus/mars/patches/mars-shared-worktree-pre-idle-cc-shutdown-20260916T193906Z.patch (sha256 7feefc594075ba7c74fa678f288f59508171f9881f5e8eadaa949d8cbac323ee, 7907 bytes). Untracked paths are not included in git diff and remain in the shared worktree. Pane-idle and fresh target acknowledgements remain required before any exit.

Correction (MARS-740): db-mars-cc was retired as idle and covered, not lane-less. At retirement, rows 101 and 102 still named it primary; ownership was subsequently transferred through MARS-740 after explicit PM ruling and assignee acceptances.
