Migration 120 applied + handoff-committed 93d5321. Added profilePhotoExemptUntil/profilePhotoExemptReason/profilePhotoLadderStartedAt to users. Threaded into vUsers and vUsersFull (only two views enumerating users columns explicitly, per pg_get_viewdef grep). No trigger change (users already audited), no index (PK lookup only). schema.md/reference-data.tsv re-exported same commit. Awaiting coder push.
