Práctica editor: bare file input, students cannot find how to add radiografías

SOP-MARS-44. /mi-cursada/[id]/editar used a bare unlabelled <input type=file> while /practicas/nueva hides the same input behind an explicit Agregar button (image-upload-area.tsx). Reporter (iPhone iOS 18.7 Safari) filed the ticket 68s after opening the editor with zero error telemetry - nothing failed, the affordance was invisible. Matched the affordance.
