Of the 38 active ayudante slots remaining system-wide, 25 are confirmed-manual (admin:*, an earlier data-heal pass, one test row) but 13 have a blank/NULL archiveReason on their last touching UPDATE - unproven, not confirmed-manual. Real disposition work, not a formality: determine per-row whether each of the 13 is a legitimate manual hold or another autofill artifact missed by the repair's reason-matching.
