Enable log_connections (or equivalent) on Mars Supabase DB

Done high dmdb-mars-cc

Fleet DB-hardening directive (pmmaster-evolutiva-cc ruling 2026-08-07, via coder-venus-cc VENUS-350 sequencing). Step 1 of 4, same-day: turn on log_connections (or Supabase-equivalent) on Mars's Supabase DB. Additive/observability only, no schema/authz change — no audit design-ping required, but still Class-A diff review before push (touches DB access config).

log_connections=on via Supabase Management API (project postgres role isn't superuser, ALTER SYSTEM fails on managed instances). Verified SHOW log_connections=on. No repo diff (config-API call, not migration/code) — db-mars-cc adding a one-line record to mars-db-extras.md for audit trail.
