Repoint 5 remaining APP_URL fallback sites to resolveSiteOrigin()

site-origin.ts (MARS-578) covers only the 4 modules commons named; 5 more live NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL||/?? sites found by pmmaster reading code 2026-08-01, 4 on the email-send path (mail bodies build links from the unvalidated fallback): src/app/api/cron/rectificar-reminder/route.ts:62(hrefs 200,223); src/app/api/internal/rectificar-reminder/route.ts:27(hrefs 110,133); src/app/(protected)/soporte/actions.ts:29(ticketUrl 102/382, panel links 123/402); src/app/api/internal/support-action/route.ts:109(adminHref 179); src/app/(protected)/administrar/soporte/[id]/page.tsx:108(?? variant). Fix = repoint each to resolveSiteOrigin(), not new design. Class-A (email-send path): audit design-ping + diff review before push.

Scope widened per pmmaster ruling 2026-08-01: mars also lacks an EGRESS deliverability classifier at send time (venus has one via email-recipient-guard-core + email-transport chokepoint; mars/pluto do not). Same WI covers both: (a) repoint 5 site-origin fallback sites, (b) add egress classifier to the mailer chokepoint, same routes/path.
