Remove dangling Vercel preview-alias from GoTrue uri_allow_list (evolutiva-m-pensanta-com.vercel.app)

Orphaned auto-gen Vercel slug (DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND), zero code refs, no usage evidence — found during fleet GoTrue-config-verification sweep (enamel Site-URL finding follow-on). Dangling slugs are reclaimable by a future deploy of the same branch; live entry could silently start resolving. Class-A, pmmaster-evolutiva-cc APPROVED with 3 execution constraints: (1) PATCH field-scoped to uri_allow_list only, never round-trip the GET body, verify partial-patch semantics first; (2) before/after read of uri_allow_list both recorded on this WI; (3) field-select only, external_google_secret must never touch a file/log/WI.
