Investigate + document the mars rectificar reminder path end-to-end: trigger (cron? on-grade? on-login toast only?), email template(s), recipient selection, frequency, and dedup (mars has toast-dedup WIs MARS-511/424/371 but the EMAIL side is unclear). Output = a short workflow doc + a verdict on whether rectificar emails contribute to the 'horrible weekly emails' / over-4-emails problem (EVO-72).
