Elazar directive 2026-07-18 (via pmmaster-evolutiva-cc, EVO-62 fleet campaign): mine friction-tier appEvents (category=toast, mechanism=validation-fail/native-validation/inline-hint + user-facing warnings) over 2-4wk window, rank by frequency, root-cause+fix top offenders (clearer labels/defaults, pre-fill, inline hints, remove needless required-field friction, fix confusing flows) — NOT suppress logging. Reference: prior Mars campaign cut logged toasts hundreds/week -> <12 via this method. Class-S for most UI fixes; auth/schema/email = Class-A gate (audit design-ping). Report top-friction findings to PM first (fleet picture), then fixes as they land with SHAs.

Coder lane complete (coder-mars-cc, 2026-07-18): #2 shipped 975467e/v2.37.1 audit PASS, live-verified (decorated 4 required intake fields on nueva-práctica, native-validation friction class killed). #5 closed already-fixed — root cause fixed by pre-existing d65d515/MARS-425 (2026-07-13), the observed toast burst preceded that deploy by ~15min; db confirmed zero error-tier recurrence since. #6 closed gate-correct, zero code. #3 spun to MARS-508 (HEIC decode, sized separately). Form-level noValidate decision (PREREQ: empty-date app check for reportedPracticeDate) folded into MARS-509, subsumes the per-field decouple. #1 HELD for Elazar, untouched — no coder work remains on this WI pending that ruling.

#1 identified (db-mars-cc): nudge 'No se puede calificar: el alumno está editando la práctica.' — 67 occ/30 distinct teachers/28d, LIVE (last 2026-07-18), top friction by user-count. Concurrency guard firing when teacher grades a práctica the student is mid-edit on — BY-DESIGN, not a bug/suppress candidate. Held because the only fix is a UX/product call: notify teacher when lock clears, or let them queue the grade, vs leave nudge as-is. No code dispatched; needs Elazar's steer before any coder work.

CORRECTION 2026-07-18 (db-mars-cc, prompted by Elazar's doubt): #1 was a mislabeled aggregation bug — action=nudge-shown grouped 5 distinct toast messages, and the min(message) sample string happened to be the teacher concurrency nudge, so the whole 67occ bucket got mislabeled as 'top friction, teacher concurrency, 30 teachers.' Real breakdown over 28d: 69 STUDENT rectificar-reminder pushes (rectificar:pending 50/25u + rectificar-nudge 19) — by-design, not friction. The actual teacher concurrency nudge (review:locked-by-student, 'el alumno está editando') = 2 events/2 teachers/28d, both genuine live-edit collisions (not stuck locks) — a non-event. #1 DROPPED, no Elazar decision needed. Corrected report sent to pmmaster-evolutiva-cc, retracting the earlier escalation. Campaign has zero open items.

REAL teacher concurrency nudge = 2 events/2 teachers/28d, non-event. #1 DROPPED, no Elazar ruling needed; retracted the product-decision ask.
