Root cause: GAP A resubmit UPDATE has empty tracked diff (approvalState deliberately excluded from PRACTICA_FIELDS); GAP B resubmit radiographs in practicaImagesArchive never merged into parent timeline. Frozen render-only design (audit-approved): computeChanges gains reasonEvent/emitInsert/emitDelete opts + ChangelogEntry.eventLabel. Migration 065 vPracticaHistorial (db02) = single data source, Class-A audit-gated. Split: coder-mars-cc=GAP A (reasonEvent+image grouping+entity-changelog.ts scaffold), coder02-mars-cc=GAP B conductos (consumes view, own tooth hop), lands on coder's SHA after. Scoped OUT: practicaReviews archive twin, parked under EVO-57 (on hold).

Migration 065 vPracticaHistorial + indexes landed: SHA f851e72, live v2.36.3, audit PASS:f851e72 (initial BLOCK on cross-entity ordering was a false positive - merged timeline sorts by archivedAt at computeChanges L123, archiveSeq is within-group only; rebutted+withdrawn by coder). schema.md/refdata re-exported same push. Coder now building GAP-A consumer (entity-changelog.ts) against the live view, separate Class-S render-only push.
