Consolidate vFrictionEvents 6-way view duplication onto canonical wrapper pattern

db02-mars-cc MARS-13/14 follow-up: 6 vFrictionEvents view variants (vFrictionEvents, vFrictionEvents1w, vFrictionEvents1m, +NoLimit twins) each embed a copy-pasted ~15-line friction/dedup predicate — maintenance hazard, no functional bug. Consolidate onto Canonical View Wrapper Pattern: vFrictionEventsNoLimit holds the predicate, other 5 become thin base+window+LIMIT wrappers. Preserves all names/contracts. Class-A DDL (6x CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW), needs audit design-ping pre-apply. Deliberately low-priority/deferred behind MARS-298 Phase-2.
