supportTickets.statusOptionId is uuid-keyed, not value-code (fleet standard gap)

supportTickets.statusOptionId is uuid-keyed (not value-code), same pattern accessRequests had (MARS-298). evolutiva-commons §Lookup-Backed Columns mandates value-code storage, uuid non-portable across DBs. Surfaced during MARS-298 investigation (db02-mars-cc, 2026-07-17) as a strict-conformance gap, deliberately kept OUT of MARS-298's scope. Needs Elazar priority call on whether/when to convert - not urgent (works correctly today, just not fleet-standard-conformant).
