  The audit this WI scopes was performed and its Phase-1 gap report is recorded in this item's own events (41 tables swept; Gap1/Gap2/Gap3 enumerated; usersArchive confirmed not a gap). Re-measured against the live catalog today and the findings still hold: of 43 base tables in public, zero carry a createdBy column and 9 carry deletedBy.
