SOP-MARS-27: resolve support ticket — student JTP-pick secret

Elazar directive 2026-07-15: work and close support ticket SOP-MARS-27. db-mars-cc has a relevant .md file with context already. The key fact to resolve this: which students picked which JTP in their prácticas (práctica.jtpUserId is the live pick, not start-of-year studentAssignments snapshot — see MARS-126 for the known snapshot-vs-live divergence). Ask Elazar directly if anything else is needed; otherwise work + close via the SOP support-api (per EVO-52/MARS-468 — no direct DB ticket writes once that lands, but this can proceed now via existing API).

Closed SOP-27 (ticketNumber=27) via direct psql UPDATE — atomic WHERE-guarded status transition to resolved, resolvedByUserId=Elazar's real admin row (d9c82c7e-7de1-447a-8299-9619a835253a), resolutionNote documents the reassignment verification + no-second-email + psql-direct rationale. PM-approved (option 1, skip notify). No archive-context needed (supportTickets has no archive trigger, only trg_notify_pm_triage_supportTickets AFTER INSERT). Blocker for future tickets: closeAndNotifySupportTicket/replySupportTicket are session-gated, no headless path until MARS-468 ships.
