Migrate call-sites to canonical view names + drop old-named views (vPendingAccessRequests/vAccessRequestsPending, vFrictionEvents1w)

Follow-up to MARS-456 (canonical view duplication, Elazar override bs-mrlmdbdi7uy 2026-07-15). Once vOpenAccessRequests + vUserFrictionEvents land: migrate all Mars call-sites off the old-named views (vPendingAccessRequests, vAccessRequestsPending, vFrictionEvents1w) onto the canonical names, then drop the old views. Blocked on MARS-456 landing first. Deferred/cleanup priority per Elazar ('migrate call-sites and drop the old-named view later') -- not urgent.
