Create canonical-named duplicate views: vOpenAccessRequests + vUserFrictionEvents

Elazar CLI override (relayed via coder-pluto-cc, bs-mrlmdbdi7uy reopened 2026-07-15): fleet drops use-case-key-only indexing, wants IDENTICAL canonical view names across all Evolutiva apps NOW via duplication (create canonical-named view alongside existing, both live; old name dropped later via separate migrate-and-drop WI). Mars needs 2 duplicate views: (1) vOpenAccessRequests -- dup of vAccessRequestsPending (full-row triage shape, NOT the vPendingAccessRequests digest shape -- PM call, flagged for override in-thread); (2) vUserFrictionEvents -- dup of vFrictionEvents1w (the 1w-window body is the agreed canonical default per fleet decision). Standard DDL: pre-apply audit review (audit-mars-ca) before applying, per evolutiva-commons Push-to-Done DDL gate. Update shared/md/evolutiva-db-views.md rows to same-name once both land (coder-mars-cc, existing maintainer).
