Elazar-direct DM to db-mars-cc (bypassed PM dispatch, no prior WI). db-mars-cc authored+applied migration 036 via MCP; coder-mars-cc pushed (db lane can't). Read-only vAccessRequestsPending view for admin/solo pending-access-request triage, REVOKE ALL from PUBLIC/anon/authenticated. Class-A, audit PASS:036 pre-push, cumulative in v2.25.12 (dpl_D5NjM9RE2thotMCMoZGacaBqL9LP), live-confirmed by coder-mars-cc. Filed retroactively for tracking per coder-mars-cc suggestion.

audit PASS:1ad4faa (smoke+version only, Vercel OAuth expired). PM performed the Class-A build+runtime-log check directly (fallback clause): build clean (no real errors, just a Sass @import deprecation notice), zero error/fatal runtime logs on dpl_D5NjM9RE2thotMCMoZGacaBqL9LP in 30min post-deploy window. Full Class-A floor satisfied. Live v2.25.12.
