Elazar directive 2026-07-14: vMultiradicularStats refresh cadence nightly->every 3h + per-run resource cost tracking. Migration 035, 3-round audit (final BLOCK: LIKE-fragment drift-assertion weakness, fixed to exact-string equality, then GO). New: matviewRefreshRuns log table, vMatviewRefreshRuns24h + vMatviewRefreshRollup24h views. Verified live 310ms manual run, rollup correct. coder-mars-cc decoupled /estadisticas page cache to 15min TTL reading matviewRefreshLog directly (was assuming daily cadence).
