Real requirement clarified mid-task: she needs access to /estadisticas — db-mars-cc instructed to find whichever role/permission actually gates that route rather than force-fit a literal 'bedel' lookup value. In progress as of context-compact point; db-mars-cc was mid-investigation (checking role/lookupOptions + route gate) when this WI was filed.

No code/DB change needed. /estadisticas has no role/permission gate (session-only, confirmed dead-code getRequiredCapForRoute + unconditional sidebar link since MARS-193 2026-06-26). magali.ayelen020@gmail.com already provisioned+active as bedel since 2026-07-14 16:42, signed in same day, actively using the app (3 practica-opened events 2026-07-16), zero denial/error events. Original block was resolved by the 07-14 manual provision; WI just never got closed.
