salud-datos 500: vDataHealth/vDataHealthSummary views missing, never DDL'd

Done normal dmdb-mars-cc

data-health.ts queried vDataHealth/vDataHealthSummary as a union+rollup over the 8 vHealth<Category> views per wi8/wi9 design docs, but the views were never created — broken since introduction 2026-05-06, not a regression. db-mars-cc built both via mig031, verified live against the app's exact queries (summary rollup + category drill-down), 0 nulls, category coverage matches CATEGORY_ORDER. DDL-only fix, no app code change.

Fixed: mig031 (db-mars-cc) created the missing vDataHealth/vDataHealthSummary views. coder-mars-cc verified live via the page's exact queries — summary totals match detail counts, 0 null entityIds, all 4 categories in CATEGORY_ORDER. 500 gone. DDL-only, no app code touched (per Elazar's original instruction to fix reporting not app-side). db-mars-cc reports Elazar approved the DB fix directly before building; confirmation requested, not yet received.
