Consider collapsing toast+banner double-log on first /mi-cursada rectificar view

Surfaced during MARS-423 (795ea65): the one-shot toast (rectificar-toast.tsx) and the persistent page banner (FeedbackShown key rectificar:pending) both log a nudge-shown row on first view of /mi-cursada -- 2 rows for what's arguably one user-facing event (transient popup + persistent CTA). Coder flagged as by-design but optional to collapse. Design call, not a bug.
