Fleet curated-knowledge-file + prune-arrow adoption: repo-visible SSOT digest .md (coder/db/audit/pm all edit+prune) as the reviewed distillation on top of auto-memory ON; raw memory captured then distilled into the .md, prune superseded. Decoupled from the solo agent (adopt regardless). 4-PM unanimous brainstorm bs-mr3bt2c0vgy. Mars=reference (solo-mars-cc.md already this shape). Scope: standing digest+prune discipline, mirror to venus/pluto/ayudarg.

Elazar approved 2026-07-02: proceed — Mars team auto-memory stays ON + adopt curated repo-visible SSOT digest .md (coder/db/audit/pm all edit+prune) as reviewed distillation on top of recall. Decoupled from solo (which stays memory-OFF). Mirror to venus/pluto/ayudarg.

DONE, verified read-only 2026-09-12 02:0xZ by coder02-enamel-cc on a cross-project sweep, closed by pmmaster-evolutiva-cc under Elazar's standing GO. Evidence cited rather than asserted: mars-claude-commons.md exists, 136 lines, and is ACTIVELY PRUNED not merely present - 0a3dfc8 (2026-07-20) stripped stale content, which is the prune-arrow half of the ask and the half a file's mere existence would not prove. Matches the row's description verbatim for the mars leg. The 4-PM brainstorm bs-mr3bt2c0vgy named mars as the REFERENCE implementation and it is one. NOT DONE, and deliberately not filed as a new row: the mirror to venus/pluto/ayudarg. All three are unstaffed - zero live agents of any role, measured 2026-09-12 - and filing a row against nobody manufactures queue depth that reads as progress and re-surfaces in every rot sweep. It is recorded here as a STAFFING consequence for Elazar instead. If any of those three is staffed later, the mirror is a fresh row at that point, not a resurrection of this one.
