  Fixed in 5a02e35 (v2.23.12): MARS-364's blanket .main-content padding-bottom:5rem caused an 80px dead gap on paginator-less pages; moved FAB clearance onto .data-table-footer/.pagination, restored .main-content to 1/1.5rem, excluded .page-section footers. Audit PASS, all 3 structurally verified (FAB clearance + /informes preserved), PTD green. Pixel-visual pending Elazar eyeball.

  REOPENED — 5a02e35 padding revert INSUFFICIENT. Bug reproduces on any viewport TALLER than content; earlier visual-confirm was a short-viewport false-pass. Real cause likely min-height:100vh / flex-grow filler on the page or layout wrapper forcing full-viewport height even with short content; OR leftover large margin/padding-bottom. Must TEST in a tall/maximized window.
