  Both Codex soporte findings confirmed real + fixed in b778b9e (v2.23.11): F1 close+notify double-email race (not-yet-closed guard folded into UPDATE WHERE…RETURNING, only winner emails); F2 silent false-success (empty RETURNING→not-found). Audit PASS + PTD clean.
