Shares app-sidebar.tsx with MARS-34 -> coder-mars owns, sequence AFTER MARS-34. coderhelp to define concrete current->proposed diff first.

  Elazar 06-06 chose A: /sidebars-preview just mirrors the live sidebar (no encoded regroup). No net-new sidebar work — the only change (drop Por-calificar, Nueva-práctica as /practicas header button, teachers land on /practicas) is shipped by MARS-33/34. /sidebars-preview imports the live SidebarContent, so MARS-34's app-sidebar edit auto-updates the preview's stale Por-calificar entry too. Folded into MARS-34.
