Edit-rules ACK modal: remove the checkbox; consent is the button click. Relabel primary 'Aceptar'->'Leí y acepto' (records editRulesAckAt), keep 'Cancelar' secondary, button always enabled (no checkbox-gated disable). Removes the friction that trapped 41 students (MARS-351 follow-up). Elazar 2026-06-30. Reversible UI.
