Modal/dialog friction telemetry: instrument the shared dialog/modal primitives (edit-rules ACK modal, ConfirmDialogButton, any other Dialog) to emit appEvents on shown / accepted / dismissed / abandoned-without-action, so silent friction like the edit-rules block becomes queryable. Conform to fleet appEvents standard; dedup so a re-render does not spam. Class-A: appEvents write-path + multi-surface; audit design-ping before impl. Elazar 2026-06-30.
