Restore practica/create success telemetry (regression since June 9): 499 prácticas created in 14 days but ZERO practica/create success appEvents — the success event was dropped or renamed in a commit around June 9, so the create funnel (start→success, mid-form abandonment) has been invisible for 2+ weeks. Fix: find the create action (practicas/nueva/actions.ts) + restore the success appEvent (logEvent on successful create), confirm it lands in appEvents. Reversible. Found in /practicas/nueva friction analysis 2026-06-26.
