  Use case: publish app description for AI crawlers/agents per llmstxt.org standard. Two public routes (/llms.txt + /docs/llms.txt) serve identical markdown. Content curated from pm/00-master-plan + 01-product + 02-architecture + 03-data-model + roles. Implementation: single source src/lib/llms-txt.ts (or public/llms.txt static), two Next route.ts handlers returning text/markdown. Public (no auth gate), Cache-Control: public max-age=3600.
