Hide Elazar's name from teacher-facing report lists

Elazar holds Adjunto+JTP roles in the production system for testing/admin reasons but should not appear in teacher-facing report tables (KPI dashboards, weekly email lists, etc.) — risk of confusing other docentes who see him as a real teacher.
