  Scope narrowed: notifications + supportTickets clean, only accessRequests is dual-column. Decision: Option A (drop statusOptionId uuid + sync trigger, keep status text value-code as canonical) - mandated by evolutiva-commons §Lookup-Backed Columns, not a fresh design call. supportTickets' uuid-keying is a separate scope question, out of this WI - filed as MARS-487 for Elazar to prioritize separately. Class-A: audit pre-impl ping required before DDL.

  Phasing required (db02-mars-cc caught the MARS-476-class race before it happened): P1 coder repoints app writes/reads off statusOptionId -> status text (data-health-actions, solicitudes/actions, solicitar-acceso/actions) + deploy FIRST; P2 db02-mars-cc's migration (drop sync trigger/fn, rewrite vAccessRequestsForReview/vAccessRequestsPending/vOpenAccessRequests off text, drop statusOptionId+FK) lands after. P1 assigned to coder-mars-cc. Audit pre-impl DB design ping in flight in parallel.

P2 db: 058+059 bundle 2f7b4d3/v2.34.4, then Phase-2 migration 061 (db02-mars-cc) dropped statusOptionId col + shim fn + repointed 3 views + fn_notify_pm_triage to text, owner/service_role-only ACL — pushed a077eb1/v2.35.1, audit-mars-ca PASS:a077eb1 (also closes their 059 BLOCK:2f7b4d3). 42/42 live rows non-null status. Standard evolutiva-commons Lookup-Backed Columns value-code pattern applied, correctly phased (coder repoint live before db dropped the column) per the MARS-476-class race precedent.
