Investigate Supabase MCP permission errors when creating views — db-mars-cc fell back to psql (db-mars-cc-20437). Likely missing GRANT for MCP role. Affects all 3 projects.

Done high unassigned ⛔ execute_sql blocked at OAuth/token level (SELECT 1 fails). Fix requires Elazar to re-auth Supabase MCP plugin in Claude Code UI with account owning ustenjufophwhlkzfdso. No CLI path available (supabase mcp add does not exist in v2.98.2).

MCP execute_sql now works after Elazar re-auth to correct org (fmfhhdaqtntodtlflquu). Unblocking — actual GRANT investigation no longer needed. Close or repurpose WI.

execute_sql was blocked due to wrong Supabase org in OAuth token (not a GRANT/permission issue). Fixed by Elazar re-authing MCP to correct org (fmfhhdaqtntodtlflquu / evolutiva-mars). Separately applied migration 20260517054653 (fix_mutable_search_path_functions) clearing 14 security WARNs.
