  31 active users with non-standard login emails. Breakdown: hotmail.com 23, icloud.com 2, yahoo.com.ar 2, outlook.com 1, outlook.es 1, yahoo.com 1, hotmail.com.ar 1. Use sendMigrationEmailNotice from mailer.ts. SMTP_USER/SMTP_PASS not in mars/.env.local — needs Vercel env or creds added locally.

  Audit fixed sendNonWhitelistMigrationEmails to use src/lib/email-domains.ts allowlist, including pensanta.com; WI remains blocked only on SMTP creds/prod trigger.

  Killed — premise invalid. Investigation (coder callback/route.ts + db auth.users) showed non-standard email domain does NOT block existing-user login (allowlist only gates first-ever signup). The 2 non-gmail users with a valid auth row log in fine; the other 27 can't log in due to orphaned/missing auth.users rows (FK set, auth row deleted) — a different problem than email domain, and the 'switch to Gmail' message would have mislead + risked locking out / orphaning working users. Elazar 2026-06-05: don't email them (cohort almost certainly dormant/ex-students). Residual real work (orphaned-auth heal + cleanup) split to a new low-pri WI. Audit-before-send logging fix a19fa33 already shipped (independent, kept).
