  Repro: practica 6036cc42-ae1e-4535-9a8c-7a19c3c69f2c. UI shows 'Pendiente hace 35 días', row created today (2026-04-30). PM hypothesis: timer anchored to clinical date (when procedure performed, student-entered, can be backdated) instead of submission date (createdAt). Pending-review SLA should anchor to submission. Edge: re-submission after rejection — timer should reset to last submit. Asks dispatched on aro:mars: db (confirm column names + count similar anomalies); coder (locate formatter, propose patch).
