Nit found in batch 2 (non-blocking): SelectField default blank option renders 'Seleccionar' but original Severidad had '—'. Normalize in a future batch.

Folded under: shadcn audit (WI #163, mars-coder-cc-w-1948) found Input 1 import vs 58 raw + Textarea 1 vs many. Migration target = shadcn Input/Textarea primitives, not a parallel Field-primitive set. Coder uses cc shadcn skill for guidance.

Direction change (Elazar option 1, 2026-05-02): skip Field-primitive intermediate, migrate raw <input>/<select>/<textarea> directly to shadcn Input/Select/Textarea. WI title is now stale — read scope as 'project-wide raw form-control → shadcn primitives'. #168 (15 sites) and #169 (22 buttons) are first children. WI stays open as umbrella until full conversion.
