savePractica daily-seq counter ignores deletedAt: mi-cursada/[id]/editar/actions.ts:639 computes MAX(practicaDailySeq)+1 WITHOUT a deletedAt IS NULL filter, so a deleted-then-recreated same-day práctica leaves a visible gap in the daily sequence code. One-line fix (add deletedAt IS NULL to the MAX scope). Reversible. Found during MARS-202 read-path inventory.
