  Depends on design decision: ?jtp= overloads two axes (pending assignee + graded reviewer). Montoya case requires reviewedBy filter, not just assignee OR. Need proper param design (?teacher= or new axis) per coder-mars-cc. db-mars-cc confirmed ayudantes grade (empirical: 7 ayudantes with reviews). Florencia case (pending where she's ayudante) + Montoya case (graded where she's reviewer) need different fixes.
