  Split from MARS-173 (closed, functional drop proven). OPTIONAL/cosmetic only: stamp action='self-probe' on appEvents rows whose userAgent startsWith 'evolutiva-internal-probe/', so internal-probe rows are queryable by action (not just by UA filter). Does NOT affect the rail drop (which keys on the UA prefix, already live). Low value, low cost — pick up when a coder is in the 404/logging path. No deadline.
