  VERIFIED scope correction: ALL vHealth* views are ACTIVE — they are transitive dependencies of vDataHealth, which is queried by src/lib/data-health.ts (lines 59+81 via vDataHealthSummary and vDataHealth). vDataHealth + vDataHealthSummary also active. Remove entire vHealth* + vDataHealth + vDataHealthSummary set from scope. Confirmed dead in this WI: vActiveSupportTickets (0 refs), vAccountSwitchLinks (0 refs, accountSwitchLinks TABLE stays — 2 rows, active), vHelpArticles (0 refs, base table also dead per #396).
